Case studies, with the numbers attached.
ColabContent LLC commissions systems across the whole business; these two case studies show that range, not phones alone. A law firm runs its matters, invoices and IOLTA (the client trust account a law firm must keep separate) trust accounting on a commissioned platform, with 13,296 matters migrated and trust balances reconciled byte-identical (matched record for record).
Two systems, with the numbers attached.
Two commissioned systems with the numbers left in: five channel-specific voice agents built for Jim Glaser Law, who takes reference calls directly, and a matter, invoice and trust accounting platform built for a law firm that asked to stay unnamed. Each entry below states what was built and what it actually handles.
A law firm's matter, invoice and trust platform
Matters, invoicing and IOLTA (the client trust account a law firm must keep separate) trust accounting in one commissioned system. 13,296 matters, 4,396 clients and 5,684 invoices migrated, with trust balances reconciled byte-identical (matched record for record) against the system it replaced. Published anonymously by choice.
Jim Glaser Law: five channel-specific voice agents
One AI voice agent per acquisition channel, covering PPC, organic search, TV, Meta and Local Services Ads, so the firm gets attribution on answered calls instead of form fills alone. 3,787 calls across 5,514 minutes handled. The firm is named here because it takes reference calls directly.
What we will not publish.
No invented clients, no unsourced percentages, and no client revenue figures. Every number above comes from ColabContent's own production records, and the one client who can be named is named. If a study is missing from this page, it is because its numbers cannot be published, not because the work does not exist.
How to check us before you commit.
Ask for the reference call with Jim Glaser Law before you commit to anything.
The questions below cover how many case studies does ColabContent publish, why isn't every engagement published as a case study and which client can I actually talk to.
Common questions.
Does ColabContent have a nameable client?
Yes. Jim Glaser Law is named, and the firm takes reference calls directly. Five channel-specific voice agents built for the firm have handled 3,787 calls across 5,514 minutes.
Why are there only two case studies?
Because these are the two engagements whose numbers can be published and checked. ColabContent has shipped systems handling more than 6,000 live calls in production, and publishes a study only where the figures are verifiable and the client is comfortable being described.
Can I speak to a client before committing?
Yes. Jim Glaser Law takes reference calls and ColabContent makes the introduction for any prospect who asks.
What does a commission cost?
A fixed fee from $10,000, one time, with the code owned by the client at handoff. Before any build fee, a principal builds a working prototype of the system the $499 audit names, on your own data.
What if a commissioned system doesn’t work for our firm?
A prototype runs on your data first. If it misses the target, you owe nothing.
Who owns the systems described here?
The clients do, code and data, at handoff, with no per-seat fee to keep either running.
How long did these two engagements take?
The standard cycle: a prototype in seven to ten days, then a build in four to seven weeks.
What is expected of our firm during a build like these?
Access to the system the audit names as the constraint.
Did either build replace staff?
No. The agents route calls; the migration reconciled records already tracked by hand. Neither cut a role.
Who fixes these systems if something breaks after handoff?
The client owns the code, so nothing is locked to us. Fixing it themselves carries no fee; a client who wants us to diagnose and update it instead can add the optional $997 monthly stewardship plan, cancel on 30 days notice.
