- Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled beforehand

Because our work involves custom strategy, consulting, and digital deliverables, all purchases are final.
- You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time
- Canceling does not refund past charges
- Services stop immediately upon cancellation
Any exceptions require written approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All workflows, systems, prompts, automation logic, processes, templates, documentation, and any custom materials created during your engagement remain the intellectual property of Colab Content, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
You receive a limited license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our materials
- Claim ownership over our proprietary systems
- Use our deliverables to create competing products or services

7. AI Output Disclaimer

- Google Workspace
- Zapier / Make
- Stripe
- CRM systems
- Meta / Google APIs
- External AI tools
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or errors in third-party platforms
- Changes to APIs, terms, or pricing
- Your account access, billing, or compliance with third-party policies
You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts on required platforms.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and will not share it unless:

- Necessary to perform Services
- You provide written consent
- Confidentiality excludes information that is:

- Independently developed
- Received from a third party lawfully
