The first 30 days of getting staff to actually use the AI tools a company already paid for. Each person gets three tasks from their own week, shown as a before and after on a real sample document. Staff describe a repetitive chore in their own words and it becomes a ranked idea with the hours worked out. You play a leasing agent and the manager.

What to try (about 4 minutes)
- On Overview, see that 12 of 24 staff have started. Open People, press Not started, and open Joss Ferrand, a leasing agent.
- Open her first task. It shows the raw tour notes, the instruction she gives the assistant, and the email that comes back.
- Press Mark done, then ask a question of your own. It waits for the person who answers them.
- Go back to Joss and press Describe a repetitive task. The vacancy list example is already typed in: press send. It becomes a structured idea with the hours a month worked out and her own words highlighted.
- Go back to Overview. The counts, the ranked ideas and the waiting questions have all moved. Set the new idea to In progress.
What is real and what is not
Real: progress, questions and answers, the idea checks (the quoted words must be in what the person typed, and the numbers must be ones they gave), the hours a month worked out by the system, the ranking, the status changes and every count on the overview.
Not real: the model's writing. The after examples and the vacancy list idea are replayed from recorded runs of this system, and the screen says so. No model is called here, so a chore of your own wording is saved but not turned into an idea. The company, staff and documents are invented.

You get your own private copy of the sample data. Other visitors never see what you type. Your copy is erased after a few hours, and Start over resets it at any time. Please do not type real client details.
