Working demonstrations

Do not watch it. Use it.

Four working systems you can use right now, free, with no sign up. Each one runs on invented sample data, and each visitor gets a private copy. Press the buttons, type an enquiry of your own, sign on your phone. Two are for law firms. Two are for any company that runs on calls and quotes.

For a law firm For any owner run company

Nothing you type is sent to anyone. Your copy is erased after a few hours.

For a law firm

From the first enquiry to the signed engagement letter

The first system covers first contact to accept or decline. The second begins where it ends: the client has said yes.

Engagement documents

A new client says yes. The matter is opened, the conflict check runs, the engagement letter and fee agreement are put together from the firm's own clause library, the attorney approves, and the client signs on a phone. You play the firm and the client.

For any owner run company

The call nobody picked up, and the quote that went out late

Built around a plumbing company and a remodeling company. The same two problems show up in most businesses that live on calls and quotes.

Missed call rescue

A call comes in and nobody picks up. Three seconds later the caller gets a text, their replies are read into a job, a time is booked and the owner gets one alert. You play the phone system and the caller.

Quote builder

The estimator enters the job during the visit, the system prices it from the price book with the owner's margin rules, and the customer opens the quote on a phone and signs. You play the estimator and the customer.

What you are using, said plainly

These are demonstration systems. The firms, people, prices and matters in them are invented, and every screen says so. They are not copies of a client's system.

What runs is real: the reading, the checks, the pricing and the documents happen when you press the button, on whatever you type. What is not real is sending. A text, an email or an alert is written to the screen and goes nowhere.

Nothing in the two law systems is legal advice, and no statute, rule or deadline is cited.

For a system in daily use at a real firm, read the Jim Glaser Law case study.

One next step

Want one of these built for your firm?

You would own it: the code, the prompts and the accounts it runs in, with no per user fee.

Tell us which one you tried and what you would change. A principal reads it and replies within one business day with what we would build, what it costs and how long it takes.
