Inbox triage
Every message in a shared inbox is read and labelled with the sentence that decided it, routed to a named person by the company's own plain word rules, and answered from the company's own notes for a person to approve. Anything the notes do not cover goes to a person, and anything that looks like a legal notice is never answered automatically. You play the office manager.

What to try (about 4 minutes)
- Open Board to see how long messages waited before: 14 of 40 never got a reply.
- In Inbox, press Check for new mail. An order question arrives, is labelled with the deciding sentence highlighted, routed to Tomas, and a reply is drafted from the notes with every figure checked.
- Press Check for new mail again: a question the notes do not cover goes to a person. Once more: a demand letter from a law firm is held and never answered.
- Open Routing rules, change rule 7 to Lena Brandt and save. The open messages it covers move to her.
- Go back to the first message and press Approve and send. The board shows every open message with an owner.
What is real and what is not
Real: the routing by the company's rules and re-routing when a rule changes, the check that the deciding sentence is really in the message, the legal words rule that holds a letter back, the fact check on every draft against the notes, approving and assigning, and every number on the board.
Not real: the mailbox, sending and the model's reading and writing. New mail arrives when you press the button, approved replies are not sent anywhere, and the readings and drafts are replayed from recorded runs of this system. No model is called here, so a test message you type is saved but not read. The company, people and messages are invented, and the response times on the board are sample data.
