Invoice chase
Every morning each overdue invoice gets its next step from the owner's own sequence: a polite reminder goes out by itself, firmer ones wait for the owner's approval, and the chasing pauses when a customer promises a date or says something is wrong. You play the owner and the customers.
Sample demonstration on invented data. The full system is built for your business, and you own it. Ask for yours
What to try (about 4 minutes)
- On Board, see what is owed, how old it is, and how long customers took to pay before and after reminders.
- Open Chase and press Run today's chase. Polite reminders are sent by rule; firmer ones are drafted and wait for you.
- Approve one of the waiting drafts. Open Sample inbox to see exactly what the customer would receive.
- In the sample inbox, play the customer: pick an invoice and send a reply that promises to pay on Friday, then one that says the invoice is wrong.
- Back on Chase: the promise pauses reminders until that Friday, and the dispute is put on hold for a person. Change the days or the tone on Sequence.
What is real and what is not
Real: reading the accounting export, the sequence engine, the owner's settings, the facts check on every draft (the invoice number, amount and due date must be right and nothing else invented), approving, skipping, recording a payment, the promise date worked out from a named weekday, and every number on the board.
Not real: sending and the model's writing. Every reminder goes to the sample inbox on screen and nowhere else. The drafts and reply readings on the main path are replayed from recorded runs of this system. No model is called here: anything without a recording uses the owner's standard template or a keyword rule, and the screen says which. The business, customers and invoices are invented, and the date is fixed at Oct 13, 2026.
