A staff member asks a question in plain words. The answer comes only from the company's own documents, with the exact passage quoted, a warning when two documents disagree, a plain 'not in the documents' when they do not answer it, and nothing shown from a document the person is not allowed to open. You play two members of staff.
Sample demonstration on invented data. The full system is built for your business, and you own it. Ask for yours
What to try (about 3 minutes)
- Press the suggestion What is the after-hours call-out fee? The answer is $185, with the sentence it came from and the document and section it is in.
- Press How much can I spend on meals when travelling? Two documents disagree. Both are quoted and the newer one wins.
- Press What is our policy on drone roof inspections? The documents do not answer it, so no answer is written and it is logged as a gap.
- Press What is the salary band for a senior technician? As Priya it is restricted. Switch to Dana Whitlock at the lower left and ask again: the manager sees it.
- Open Insights: what people ask most, the gaps, and the documents that disagree, counted from the question log. Open Documents to read any source.
What is real and what is not
Real: the search over 25 sample documents, the permission filter, the check that every quote exists word for word in its document, the 'which is newer' decision from the documents' dates, the gap log and every count on Insights all run when you press the button.
Not real: the written answer. The answers to the suggested questions are replayed from recorded runs of this system, and the screen says so. No model is called here, so a question of your own is searched but gets no written answer here. The company, people and documents are invented.
