Legal intake desk
Every new enquiry to a law office is read into a record, checked for conflicts, scored against the firm's own written criteria and answered from the firm's own wording, in about a minute. You press the buttons.
What to try (about 3 minutes)
- Open Enquiries and pick E-2041, Marisol Vega, a web form that nobody has read yet.
- Press Read into a record. Each field shows the words it was read from.
- Press Run conflict check, then Score against the firm's criteria, then Build the reply. A consultation offer is built and marked sent by rule.
- Open E-2042, Devon Pryce, and press the same four buttons. This time a name is on the firm's list, so the decline is held for an attorney.
- Go to Add an enquiry and type one of your own, as a web form or as a call note. Then open Board to see every enquiry by stage and by source.
What is real and what is not
Real: the reading, the conflict check against the firm's list, the scoring and the reply all run when you press the button, on whatever you type. They work by rules written for this sample firm. No language model is used in this one.
Not real: sending. A reply marked sent is written to an outbox inside the demonstration. No email, text or call leaves it. The firm, the people and the matters are invented, and nothing here is legal advice.
Rather watch first? The 35 second recording is here.
You get your own private copy of the sample data. Other visitors never see what you type. Your copy is erased after a few hours, and Start over resets it at any time. Please do not type real client details.
