Quote builder
The estimator enters the job during the visit, the system prices it from the price book with the owner's margin rules, and the customer opens the quote on a phone and signs. You play the estimator and the customer.
What to try (about 4 minutes)
- Press New quote and tap the 9:00 AM visit. The customer's details fill in.
- Add a room with its measurements and tap items from the price book. The price builds as you go.
- Press Price it and preview the quote, then Send.
- Press Open as the customer. Type a name, sign in the box and accept.
- Go back to Quotes. The board shows it accepted, and the follow ups cancelled.
What is real and what is not
Real: the pricing, the margin floor, the quote page, the PDF, the signature and the follow up schedule all run on what you enter.
Not real: sending. Texts, emails and follow ups are written to the screen only, and the clock moves only when you press its buttons. The company, prices and people are invented.
