Review desk
Marking a job complete sends the review request, an unhappy answer reaches the owner the same minute and becomes an issue with a return visit, and every new public review gets a reply drafted from the job record for the owner to approve. You play the owner and the customers.
Sample demonstration on invented data. The full system is built for your business, and you own it. Ask for yours
What to try (about 4 minutes)
- On Jobs, mark a job complete. The review request goes to the sample phone.
- In the Sample phone, answer as the customer. A happy answer gets the review link; an unhappy one reaches the owner at once as an issue.
- Open the issue and book the return visit.
- Open Reviews and press the sample feed button: a new review arrives with a reply drafted from the job record. Approve it.
- Open Board for requests sent, reviews won and issues caught, and Rules for what the drafts may and may not say.
What is real and what is not
Real: the review request, reading the customer's answer, the issue and the return visit, the check on every reply draft (no number that is not in the job record, no offers, no arguing), approving, and every number on the board.
Not real: texting, the review platform and the model's writing. Texts go to the sample phone on screen, new reviews come from a sample feed, and the drafts for the three feed reviews are replayed from recorded runs of this system. No model is called here, so a review you type gets the plain template. The company and customers are invented.

You get your own private copy of the sample data. Other visitors never see what you type. Your copy is erased after a few hours, and Start over resets it at any time. Please do not type real client details.
