A chat on a business's own website that answers only from the business's approved pages and price list, says which page it read, books a visit from real open times, and admits when it does not know. You play the visitor, then the owner.

What to try (about 4 minutes)
- On the website, ask How much is a cleaning and how long does it take? The answer names the page it read.
- Ask Do you do Invisalign? No page covers it, so the chat says it will not guess and gives the office phone and email.
- Ask Can I book a cleaning on Thursday? Pick a time, enter a name and number and confirm.
- Open Owner view: the office. See the conversations, the exact passage behind each answer, and the booking on the calendar.
- Open Unanswered, write the Invisalign answer and add it to the approved sources. Then ask the chat again.
What is real and what is not
Real: finding the passage that answers the question, the refusal when none does, the open times read from the calendar, taking a time once only, the owner's list of unanswered questions, and adding an answer that the chat then uses.
Not real: the answer wording and sending. This public copy calls no model: the wording of the suggested questions is replayed from recorded runs, and any other question is answered with the passage itself. Nothing is texted or emailed. The dental office, visitors, prices and calendar are invented, and the date is fixed at Oct 13, 2026.
