Weekly report
Every Monday it reads the exports from the systems the numbers live in, checks them for repeats and gaps, and puts the week on one page: leads, jobs, revenue, what is owed and the cost per job for each ad source, with how every number was worked out and the rows behind it. You play the owner.
Sample demonstration on invented data. The full system is built for your business, and you own it. Ask for yours
What to try (about 3 minutes)
- On the first screen, see the four exports waiting and the problems found in them. Press Run Monday's report now.
- Open the report: five numbers against last week, and the cost per job for each ad source. One source is held back because its rows are missing this week.
- Tap any number to see its formula and the exact rows it came from.
- Read the written summary: every number in it is checked against the table.
- Ask one of the suggested questions under the report. Open it at phone width too: it is the page the owner would get by text.
What is real and what is not
Real: reading the four exports line by line, the checks for repeated rows, missing ad data and empty days, every number with its formula and its rows, and the check that every number in the written text is in the table.
Not real: the schedule, delivery and the model's writing. A button stands in for Monday morning, nothing is texted, and the calendar is fixed at Monday, Oct 12, 2026. The written summary and the suggested answers are replayed from recorded runs of this system; no model is called here, so a new question gets no written answer. The company and its figures are invented.
