Call one now
One AI employee answers our own phone.
The 24-hour line at (617) 675-9067 is an AI. It says what ColabContent builds, what it costs and who owns it, and it can book a call with Brandon. Ask it to act as your own front desk, and try to stump it.
Call (617) 675-9067The roster
Fifteen roles, each one running.
ColabContent is a Boston AI consulting company that builds custom systems the business owns. Each card below is one of those systems, shown on sample data: it names the duty, plays a recording of the system doing it, and opens a working copy you can use yourself. The roles with a page of their own link to it.
The fifteen cover the front of a business (the phone, web leads, website chat and the front desk), field work (dispatch and quotes), the back office (unpaid invoices, the shared inbox, company documents, the weekly numbers and collecting a new client's documents, often called onboarding), following each call back to the advert that produced it (attribution), and helping staff learn to use AI on their own work.
Missed call rescue
A call nobody picked up gets a text back in seconds, the job is taken down by text, and an open time is offered and booked.
Try it yourself See the roleFront desk
When a patient cancels, a text offers times that are really open, the empty slot is offered to the waitlist, and patients who are overdue for a visit are invited back.
Try it yourself See the roleLegal intake desk
Every new enquiry to a law office is read into a record, checked for conflicts, scored against the firm's own written criteria and answered from the firm's own wording, in about a minute.
Try it yourself See the roleSpeed to lead
A web lead arrives after hours. Within a minute on the sample clock it gets a personal text and email that answers the question from the business's own pages and prices and offers two open times, and the one picked is booked.
Try it yourselfSite chat booker
A chat on a business's own website that answers only from the business's approved pages and price list, says which page it read, books a visit from real open times, and admits when it does not know.
Try it yourselfDispatch board
Every crew and every job sit on one board, an urgent job is given to the best placed crew with the reason shown, and each customer whose time moves is told by text.
Try it yourself See the roleQuote builder
The job is entered at the house, priced from your own price book as you go, and the quote is on the customer's phone to read and sign before you leave.
Try it yourself See the roleReview desk
Marking a job complete sends the review request to every customer, an unhappy reply reaches the owner the same minute, and each review gets a drafted reply for the owner to approve.
Try it yourself See the roleInvoice chase
Each morning every overdue invoice gets its next step, firmer messages wait for the owner's approval, and reminders pause when a customer promises a date or raises a problem.
Try it yourself See the roleInbox triage
Each message in the shared inbox is read and labelled, a reply is drafted from the company's own notes for a person to approve, and anything the notes do not cover goes to a person.
Try it yourselfKnowledge desk
Staff ask a question in plain words and get the exact passage from the company's own documents, with the source named and restricted documents kept restricted.
Try it yourself See the roleWeekly report
It reads the systems the numbers live in, checks them, and puts the week on one page with how each number was worked out and what changed.
Try it yourself See the roleClient onboarding
Each new client is asked only for the documents still missing, every upload is checked as it arrives, and staff see who is complete and who has gone quiet.
Try it yourself See the roleCall attribution
Each advertising channel rings its own line, every call is followed through to whether it became a signed case, and the cost of a case is shown for each channel.
Try it yourself See the roleEnablement hub
One place where each team finds the approved way to use AI for its own tasks, with worked examples and a record of what is being used.

What you are looking at, said plainly
Demonstration systems, sample data
Every customer, patient, job and number inside the fifteen demonstration systems on this page is invented. None of them is a client's system. The AI phone line is real and answers for ColabContent.
We are not a phone company. The line is one system among the fifteen, and most of the roster works by text, by email or inside the systems a business already runs.
We have not yet delivered a system for a clinic or a medical practice. The front desk demonstration is set in one so you can see how the duty works.
What it costs
Three public prices. Nothing per user.
Each AI employee on this page is built as a custom system for the business that commissions it. These are our published prices, the same on every page of this site. A build is split into phases, each phase has its own fixed fee and a written check it must pass, and you can stop after any phase.
What is real
The record behind the roster
The systems on this page run on sample data. The work behind them is real, and every figure here carries the date it was counted.
- 40+ builds delivered, counted September 2026.
- Jim Glaser Law: 3,787 calls across 5,514 minutes on the phone lines we built for the firm, counted August 2026. The firm takes reference calls.
- 1,602 leads migrated onto a law firm practice platform we built, measured August 2026.
- Clutch 5.0, from one review, August 2026.

Questions buyers ask
About AI employees, answered plainly
Six questions owners ask before they commission an AI employee. The answers use only what is on this page: the fifteen systems you can try, the line that answers our phone, the record we have counted and dated, and the three prices we publish. Anything we have not done, we say so.
What is an AI employee?
Software that does one duty of a job on your staff from start to finish, inside the tools the business already uses. It is not a person and it does not hold the whole job. Each system on this page covers one duty and hands anything outside it to a person.
Who can build me an AI GTM specialist or an AI SDR?
A GTM (go to market) specialist or an SDR (sales development rep) finds buyers and answers them first. We build the parts of that job that run on rules you can write down: answering a web lead with a personal reply and two open times, answering on your website chat from your own pages, and following every call back to the channel that produced it. All three are on this page to try. None of the systems here sends cold outreach on its own.
How much does an AI employee cost?
A custom system starts from $10,000 (our published price), a fixed fee for each phase, with no per user fee.
Do we own it?
Yes. If you stop after any phase, what was built so far stays with you as well.
Can I try one before I talk to anyone?
Yes. Every card has a version you use in your browser on invented data, and the AI line at (617) 675-9067 answers at any hour.
Does an AI employee mean we stop hiring?
No. The work can start now, with or without the hire. A dispute, a judgment call or a customer who would rather talk to someone still goes to a person.
